Generate ticket
First generate ticket, click on „Ticket dispenser” under „Devices”.
Select „Default web-based dispenser”, click on service name buttons to „print” ticket. If you have couple of tickets, leave this tab open in case you want to generate more tickets later on.
Call ticket
Open a new browser tab, type again www.topdrawit.com, FREE TRY, and open software keyboard by clicking on „software keyboard” button under Devices. First log into counter 1 by selecting „Web counter 1”. When the software keyboard page appear, log in by „user1” password user1
In case you open one or two more software keyboards like before ( user2, pwd user2, user3 pwd user3 etc…), you may try client forwarding option, sending messages between clerks, alert etc.. (in case you have only one keyboard open, you can’t try these functions)
Waiting area screen
To see the waiting area screen view go again to www.topdrawit.com, FREE TRY, select „Media players” under Management. When you call new client ont he software keyboard, the call will appear here. There are many setting options, and templates for this module under „Media manager”.

Statistics
If you would like to try statistics and monitoring function, please click on the „Statistics and monitoring” button on the starting page of the free demo page. You need to log in with „admin” psw „admin”.
Appointment
To be able to use the „Appointment” module you need to log in with „admin” psw „admin”.
Administration
System administration requires the above mentioned login parameters, „admin” psw „admin”
